Where is the Production
Portugal. We collaborate with some of Europe’s leading experts in spinning and knitting, using state-of-the-art machinery tested according to ISO standards to ensure exceptional quality and precision. Our production is certified to the highest international standards:GOTS, GRS, and OCS, and fully compliant withOEKO-TEX®, Bluesign®, FSC®, and PEFC™ensuring both environmental and social responsibility throughout the entire supply chain.

Can I return pre-order item?
Production of your Cloudé piece begins immediately after your pre-order is placed. For this reason, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed. Of course, you retain the right to return the item under our standard return policy once it has been delivered.
